The up and down season continues for the Boston Dragons this season with another loss, now making the Dragons 2-2.

The Dragons recorded another half where they could not score and were shut out. This time, the Wave put up 21 points, scoring 3 touchdowns, all on runs.

It took up until 1:50 in the 3rd quarter for Boston to spark any life into the game, when Taysom Hill took an end around 44 yards for the score making the game 24-7. Rookie Kicker, Jason Sanders, followed that score up with a long 50 yard field goal making the score respectable at 24-10. The Wave crashed the party with 8 minutes left after they scored another touchdown making the score out of reach at 31-10. With the blowout, the Dragons backups came in and Rookie JT Barrett came in to throw a 1 yard pass to Robert Tonyan.

The bumps of the season continue as they have beat the best ranked teams and get blown out by team outside of the top 9.

Despite Cooper Rush throwing for over 200 yards, he only had a 79.3 rating with 0 Touchdowns. Barrett was the only one to throw a Touchdown in the game. Andre Ellington led the team with a mere 51 yards on the ground. Hill had the lone rushing touchdown. Jordan Matthews led the team in receiving, racking up 132 yards on 4 catches.

The defense was led by Nickell Robey with 10 tackles. Bobby Richardson and David Parry each record a sack, both being their first of the season.

Sanders continues to be perfect after going 1-1 in the game. Mike Scifres impresses once again with another 50+ yard average game.

The Boston Dragons face the 3-1 Iowa Threshers at home in Week 5.
