After the Boston Dragons burn out the Los Angeles Stars for their 2nd win after much needed redemption after a blowout loss in Week 2.

After the dragons started off with a 10-3 deficit at the front end of the 2nd quarter, Cooper Rush hit his sweet spot and threw back to back touchdowns to give the dragons a 17-10 lead at halftime. The first touchdown went to former All-SFL player, Luke Tasker on an 18 yard pass. The 2nd went to the fan favorite Andre Ellington, a 13 yard pass out of the backfield.

After exchanging blows in the 3rd quarter, the Stars once again had the lead 24-20 after two touchdowns compared to a lone Field Goal by Jason Sanders. Enter the prodigal son, the mormon sensation, Taysom Hill, as he sealed the deal with 4:34 left in the game. He entered the game under center and took the ball to the house on a 47 yard scamper.

The entire defense did not allow a 100 yard rusher and they held the opposing QB to 120 passing yards, putting them as the 3rd best pass defense in the SFL after Week 3.

Rush followed up a terrible game last week with another 100+ QB rating performance, throwing the ball for 213 yards and 2 touchdowns. Ellington had his 2nd 100+ yard rushing game with 134 yards and the 1 receiving touchdown. Tight End, Coby Fleener, led the team in receiving with 53 yards. Hill, the Swiss Army Knife, had 50 yards receiving and 58 yards rushing along with the 1 rushing touchown.

The defense was a total team effort with 20 players getting in the stat column. Craig Roh led the team with 1 sack.

Sanders attempted his first two Field Goals of his career in this game and hit both through the uprights.

The Boston Dragons are once again on the road as they take on the the 2-1 Washington Wave.
